As a listing agent, Lynn utilizes every avenue to present properties in the best possible way including professional photography, floor plans, marketing and virtual staging if appropriate.  As a buyer's advocate, Lynn is readily available to find a suitable home, whether it be a vacation spot at the local lakes, a first home or forever home. There for every step of the process to guide both buyers and sellers in likely one of the most important transactions of a lifetime, Lynn prides herself on great communication, not only with clients but with other professionals in the Real Estate market.
Lynn's familiarity with the local area is an important asset gained from living in the local area Her entire life.  

A life-long learner, Lynn graduated with honors from Wheeling Jesuit University and completed coursework on Her MBA. After ending a successful career in Government finance, Lynn chose Real Estate as her next venture.

When Lynn isn't assisting clients, she spends her leisure time with her fiancee and dogs, enjoying summertime at their "Fishcamp" cottage on Piedmont Lake, gardening and travelling.
